A recently constructed French provincial estate is already being picked as the next contender to break a suburb record in Western Sydney.

Nicknamed The Lincoln, the mansion at 226 – 234 Lincoln Rd in Horsley Park has price expectations over $7m.

Listed for sale via Melrose Estate’s Marco Fabrizio, the five bedroom and five bathroom property completed construction in October this year.

Mr Fabrizio said early price expectations indicate the new mansion will sell for a higher price than the previous record in Horsley Park of $6.6m.

“The ideal buyer for this property is a family that wants to grow,” Mr Fabrizio said.

In addition to the mansion’s luxury amenities, the property includes a lift and a four-car garage.

Mr Fabrizio said the bathrooms had also been customised to mirror luxury hotels overseas.

The mansion will sell to the buyer which offers the highest price.

Earlier this year, Mr Fabrizio listed a property in Mount Vernon with expectations for it to sell for around $7m or more.

The seven bedroom and five bathroom home ended up selling just shy of that figure – at $6.6m in September this year.

Data from realestate.com.au indicates the highest price paid for a house in Horsley Park currently sits at $4.9m – set by 727 – 735 Wallgrove Rd in November this year.

Over the past 12 months, median prices have grown by 2.2 per cent – with the current house costing $3.5m to buy.
